Common issues

The app won't start

Restart your iPhone, check the App Store for updates, then try again.

A gesture doesn't respond

Try Airplane Mode or a device restart, then contact us with a short video.

Purchase not restored

Open the app's Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If that doesn't help, email us.

Refund request

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Data requests

To request access to or deletion of your data, email privacy@xtremagic.com with the email address linked to your account and the app concerned.
